Admission Procedure (D.com I)

1- Admission will be on merit.
2- A candidate seeking admission for D.com I must hold the secondary school certificate for annual and supply exams of preceding years. Age of candidate should not be above 18 at the time of admission. (principal may give relaxation of two years in age)
3- 20 extra marks will be awarded to Hafiz Quran but Hafiz Quran must provide documents issued by Govt. of Pakistan approved and affiliated religious institute of Punjab. Moreover he must clear his test and interview.
4- The principal may approve or disapprove the application of admission. Successful candidates must deposit their dues on time. Otherwise they will not be considered.
5- Disabled candidates must attach disability certificate from medical superintendent.
6- The principal may change the rules and regulations of the admission policy with the permission of HED.

Note: For age relaxation Rs. 200/- must be deposited in college fund Application for age relaxation will be sent to authority through principal.

Instructions for admission in D. Com I

Prescribed form is attached at the end of the prospectus. Application form with following documents must be submited before the last date of submission.

1- Secondary school certificate/result card (5 verified copies)
2- 4 passport size photographs (only one verified)
3- Character certificate
4- 4 envelopes with residential address
5- Candidate's father/guardian ID card (verified photocopy)

Rules and regulations for admission in D. Com II

1- Regular pass students of D. Com I will be considered eligible for the admission
2- Previous D. Com students and private D. Com students are eligible. (depends on availability of seats after the admission of regular students)
3- Regular classes of D. Com II will be started immediately after the examination of D. Com I.

Admission procedure for special seats

1- According to the clear instructions of the government the merit for the special seats will be made separately and they must sbmit applications for each one.
2- Disable candidates must provide the certificate of disability from medical superintendent of Govt. hospital.

Rules and Regulations aimed at developing and maintaining academic discipline are not challengeable. It is obligatory for the students to take monthly tests regularly. In case of an unauthorized absence from any test, a fine of Rs. 50/- per test shall be imposed. It is mandatory for each and every student to appear in send-up exam. In case of an absence from the send-up exams, a fine of Rs.200/-per paper shall be charged. Any student who does not clear his outstanding dues within ten days after the due date, will be struck off. The students themselves are responsible for clearance of their College dues and observance of the disciplinary rules/admission rules promulgated by the College from time to time. Neither the College nor its administration will be liable for any loss caused to the students due to any such failure or nonobservance.

Any sort of gross misconduct by a student with his college fellow, teacher, staff or any other person may result in his expulsion from the college roll. Any fee concession to such students will be immediately withdrawn, however, on the written request of the parents/guardians, the expelled may be re-admitted by paying fine as per Govt. policy. The students are not allowed to keep cell phones in the college campus. The defaulter will be charged a fine of Rs.100/- .On second
